The vision of Compassion Family International (CFI) is to develop a new generation of responisble youth who will bring transformation to their families and communities by living compassionate and Godly lives, passionately sharing Jesus Christ with those around them.
More information about Peter Wondwossen (Peter) Abera, in association with World Vision, founded CYM. Peter has been living in Ethiopia all his life. He became a believer in Jesus Christ at the age of 16. Upon completing High School he went to the Evangelical Theological College and then on to Admas University where he graduated in General Management. His goal is to use these newly acquired skills to serve God. He served for six years in Combolch Wollo, near his home area as evangelist and soloist. For the past seven years has been involved in ministry reaching youth in the city of Addis Ababa, the capital of Ethiopia.   More about Peter...
